The shooting range maintenance allows to detect all problem which can accelerate the degradation of the shooting range and more particularly, of the bullet trap.

Maintenance of classic shooting ranges includes :
– Collection of gunshot residue (lead, powder)
– Control of armourings, structur and components of the bullet trap and its accessories (studs, spools, sheets,…)
– Control and adjustment of fixing parts and metal supports of the bullet trap
– Opening, disassembly and cleaning of the deceleration chamber (if necessary)
– Control, adjustement and clamping of the deflectors suspension tension
– Tightening of the bolts
– Sharpening of aretes by grinding
– Oiling the metal elements of the bullet traps
– Provision of anti-return curtains
– Walls and ceiling cleaning by apsiration
– Floor cleaning by a self-washer
– Removal and disposal of lead waste by an approved company (Provision of a waste tracking form or a destruction certificate)

Maintenance of shooting ranges having a rubber granulate bullet trap or a synthetic granulate bullet trap includes:
– Sorting of granulates et bullets with a special machine involving the material recycling
– Removal and disposal of lead waste by an approved company (Provision of a waste tracking form or a destruction certificate)
– Installation of new granulates, if necessary
– Control and adjustments ceiling deflectors
– Global check-up of facilities and anti-return coatings
– Floor cleaning in front of the bullet trap

Each maintenance includes the redaction of a report, given to the client.
