Ballistic walls for shooting range: security redefined

Made from high-resistance materials, our ballistic walls offer a robust protection adapted to all needs (whether it is a police, military or sports shooting range).

The ballistic walls allow occasional side-fire in the shooting range and are generally installed on both sidewalls of the bullet trap for a minimum distance of 8 meters.

Our ballistic walls

CK Technology offers two models of ballistic walls: standard ballistic walls with tiles and ballistic walls with rubber blocks.

The standard ballistic walls are designed to recover accidental shots and are placed on the sidewalls in front of the bullet trap over a minimum length of 8 meters and cover the wall from floor to ceiling.

They are composed as follows:

Wooden battens – 50mm thickness
High density rock wool – thickness 50mm
Armoured steel sheet in AR 500 (thickness to be determined according to the ammunition used in the range)
Multiplex – thickness 12mm
Non-return rubber tiles

The ballistic walls with rubber blocks were specifically developed to allow firing at 180° on the walls in front of the bullet trap.

They are composed as follows:

Wooden battens – 50mm thickness
High density rock wool – thickness 50mm
Armoured steel sheet in AR 500 (thickness to be determined according to the ammunition used in the range)
Wooden battens – 50mm thickness
Multiplex – thickness 12mm
Rubber blocks of 500x300x200mm

(Note: A second thickness of blocks can be placed to increase the strength of this armored wall covering.)

Beware! Standard ballistic walls and ballistic walls with rubber blocks are not substitutes for a bullet trap.
